Who We Are

Spring Pro Sealing was founded by Alex Lucic in 2006. With a simple idea, some motivation, and a goal to revolutionize the reputation of asphalt sealing in the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas. We started off with some used asphalt sealing equipment and a door-to-door sales strategy slowly building up residential clients. Over the years we have upgraded equipment regularly, and now use only the highest performing state of the art equipment available on the market today, providing quality services to Commercial Property Owners and Residential Home Owners.

The purpose of Spring Pro Sealing was not to generate a quick income (as many fly-by-night sealing operations do), but to slowly build confidence and trust within our growing client base, and to provide them with highest quality service possible. Over the years we have switched between numerous asphalt sealing products allowing us to experience first hand what type of sealants perform best for our clients, and provide the highest results and protection for their asphalt.
